The Henning Cultural Center is now open, with an amazing new exhibit. Featuring the works of 90 artists and contributors across Louisiana and Southeast Texas. Immerse yourself in the Atomic Age, as the Brimstone Historical Society and Sulphur Parks & Recreation take you through an imaginative experience, full of aliens, art and...mothman?
Visit both floors of our two-story historic gallery at the Henning Cultural Center. This exhibit is free, and you can even purchase artwork seen in the show made by these talented local creators.
We are open six days a week and this exhibit will be on display until November 5th. This is a family friendly art show, hosted by the Brimstone Historical Society and Sulphur Parks and Recreation, and supported by a grant from the Louisiana Division of the Arts, Office of Cultural Development, Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism, in cooperation with the Louisiana State Arts Council, as administered by the Arts & Humanities Council of SWLA. Funding has also been provided by the National Endowment for the Arts.
